Cancellation policy VIP shuttles
We hope we can meet each other as much as possible, but if you need to cancel your VIP shuttle, please try to do this well in advance. This way, we could still make someone else happy.
If the team confirmed your VIP shuttle and you need to cancel it, please take into account the following cancellation policy:
- if you cancel two weeks or more before the race date, the cancellation will be free of charge.
- if you cancel between two weeks and seven days before the race date, the costs which are already made will be re-invoiced.
- if you cancel within seven days before the race date, the full cost of the VIP shuttle will be invoiced.
